Senior Fashion Design – Top Ten Collections of six pieces by graduating students with the leadership of professors Todd Conover, Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator Fashion Design, and Jeffrey Mayer, Associate Professor Fashion Design and Stylist for this event. The Senior Fashion Designers represented in the exhibit were Martha Aguirre, Nicole Brown, Victoria Harding, Katrina Meicheng Jia, Marissa Matthews, Brittany Stanski, Michelle Van Dyke, Nicole Wezowicz, Abigail Wile, and Kiki Huanhuan Zhang.
Junior Project – Fashion Without Limits initiative promotes the creation of size 12+, an inclusive fashion movement. Eighteen designs were shown. A partnership with model and entrepreneur Emme ’85 and Wolf Form Company Inc.
Vintage Details: A Fashion Sourcebook – Book Launch by Jeffrey Mayer, Associate Professor Fashion Design and Curator of the Sue Ann Genet Costume Collection, which is featured in the book, and Basia Szkutnicka, a London-based fashion lecturer and avid vintage collector.
