Early Spring

Scene: Spring blooming. Just like the flowers, some people adorn themselves in color. Observations. Multi-hued expressions. Cool, but mostly warm colors and neutrals. Pink, yellow, orange, several shades of beige, and megawatt neons. Florals, prints, stripes, feathers, sweet bows, and folk elements in patchwork. Everyday scenes in the city. All over the town. Spring is in the air. The fragrance of the flowers burst into open air delivering a sensation. Other sensations bloom in the spring too!

Staying Warm

Scene: Bundled up. On the run. Warming hues from pink to yellow to violet. More shades of brown than black or grey. Bold checked fabric in oversized tartan, window pane, and glen plaid. Color blocking, animal prints, and stripes. Pattern mix. Gold metallic sheen outerwear. Shearling, leather, faux, teddy, and real fur, cashmere, wool, and nylon. Quilted comfort. Stylish foot wear for sleet and snow. Whispering cold in a Winter moment. Spring happens on March 20.

Valentine’s

Scene & Heard: Red with red, jeans with jeans, heart to heart, looking up. Snap a photo on the way. “Maybe it’s intuition… / I knew I loved you before I met you / I think I dreamed you into life” lyrics from I Knew I Loved You by Savage Garden. Happy Valentine’s Day. xox

New Year’s Eve
