They were married in December 1985 after meeting in 1984. 
Their marriage is noted as one of the longest-lasting celebrity unions from that era, known for its resilience and mutual support. Yasmin and Simons story represents a strong partnership that has thrived personally and professionally. They have three daughters: Amber, Saffron, and Tallulah.
